The three-level house easily sleeps 12 comfortably. On the top floor, there is a huge master bedroom with ample closet space, sitting area and an en-suite bathroom, along with two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. The main floor features a second large master bedroom, and a convertible den that can either be used as another bedroom, or a space to enjoy quiet sun-soaked afternoons enjoying the view. The main floor also features a Great Room with a beautiful fireplace; a formal dining room that can seat 10-12 (plus a high-chair); a chef's kitchen with everything you would need to enjoy a gourmet meal made at home; a breakfast nook in the kitchen, and a full bathroom. Just outside the kitchen is a large deck with outdoor shower, grill, outdoor table for eating food cooked on the aforementioned grill, and patio chairs to relax in. The finished basement features a bedroom with a separate living space and full bathroom, along with a huge washer and dryer (great to take care of the entire family's towels after a day at the beach) and a large two-car garage.
Perks of renting our home include use of the private tennis court, and coveted private Hither Hills beach parking pass. What's so special about the beach parking pass? Well, for non-residents, beach parking in Montauk can be a bit of a challenge, but with this parking pass, you can drive up to one of several parking lots along Old Montauk Highway, and head right down the stairs to your very own stretch of beach.

From the pristine coastline that stretches for miles, to the spectacular hikes featuring breath-taking views, to the incredible restaurants and authentic beach town charm, Montauk has something for everyone. Peak Season Rates:
During the months of May through October there is a minimum of a 7 night stay. There is still availability for the month of May, June & July.
Weekly rentals run from Fridays at 3 PM (check in) to Fridays at 10 AM (check out). Monthly rentals are also available.
